The 25 Days SHE Fitness Challenge is a beginner to intense online fitness program. The 25 Days SHE Fitness Challenge is a highly effective & engaging program using minimal equipment from any location of your choice.
No matter your fitness level, you can take this challenge. However, this is a commitment! How bad do you want results!? The challenge demands 4 times a week attendance to the group fitness online sessions (live) with a Certified Fitness Coach. You will instantly become a member & have access to our Body By She Fitness Community Group & join our Amazing Members!
To maximize fitness results, the Nutrition Program is incorporated into the Challenge Program!
All Fitness Challenges start twice a year (January 1st and June 1st ONLY)
Most members meet their monthly fitness goals at a 90% success rate following the nutrition & workout program.
